Standard shipping in Canada is free on orders over $99.00 CAD, a $15 CAD flat rate is applied if less.

Biion Footwear offers shipping to Canada and the United States, as well as most international locations (international shipping rates apply). If you would like to inquire about shipping to a location outside of the countries offered, please email customerservice@biionfootwear.com.

To track your order:

Login to your account HERE.

1. Select the "View Order Status" link under the My Account menu.

2. Click “View Order Details” beside the order you would like to track.

3. At the bottom of the following page you will find your tracking number and shipping method.

If you checked out as a guest you should have a received a shipping confirmation email with all of your package details.

International shipping costs are based on the quantity of shoes purchased, and the rates are as follows:

1 pair: $40

2 pairs $60

3 pairs or more $80 

International customers are responsible for all associated clearance charges of the shipment, any local taxes, duties and clearance fees. Returns must be returned and received within 30 days of purchase date. Unfortunately, we do not offer shipping to all countries. If your country is one of the countries not listed at check out, or for international returns and return authorizations, please contact customerservice@biionfootwear.com.

Customer will be responsible for all costs of the return shipment. Once the shipment is processed at our warehouse you will receive refund on original payment method.
